Start the day right

6am – There is no better way to start the day than with a serene sunrise yoga session down at Tallows Beach, or a session with the gorgeous team at Ananta Yoga.

7.30am – Feeling energised but sweaty we would head straight down for a refreshing surf at world renowned surf spot, The Pass. Tucked away in a quiet local spot, a morning started here is a morning started right.

Add fuel

9am – Nothing like a good surf to work up an appetite. Breakfast at Beach Restaurant is a must. It’s close to The Pass, and they serve up the most delicious green bowl with poached eggs, cavolo nero, quinoa, zucchini and avocado.

Relax and unwind

10.30 am – The perfect day in Byron Bay would definitely include a massage at the Byron Bay Massage Clinic. It’s a must for anyone who values their self-health and wants to counteract a busy lifestyle.

1.30pm – We love a late lunch, and one of our favourite spots is Espressohead in Byron Bay. Try their delicious brown rice salad with roast veggies, avocado and tamari!

Go for a wander

3pm – After lunch we’d mosey down to the Industrial Estate for a wander. We always love to check out what’s new at Wild Things Gallery, and discover other artisans like Design Twins, McTavish Surfboards – and other shapers.

A perfect end to a perfect day

7pm – Dinner opposite the beach at Italian at Byron Bay is the perfect end to the perfect day. We adore the oysters with granny smith apple sauce and always love to try the fish of the day. Check out their delicious dessert cocktails as you listen to the waves lapping the shore. Is there a more perfect place to be?
