14 Feb Valentine’s Day around the Bay
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!
If you’re looking for something special to do around Byron Bay you’re in luck. There are many ways to celebrate and spread the love around Byron Shire.
You could start the day watching the sunrise from the beach, the lookout at Coolamon Scenic Drive or take the family for an early stroll up to the lighthouse for the view over the ocean.
How about starting the day with a hot air balloon ride? You can even get a special deal including breakfast.
Later in the day a massage could help you and your loved ones relax or step into the oasis at Kiva Spa in Mullumbimby.
If you’re the romantic sort you may want to pick up some flowers or chocolates for your sweetheart or bake them something special yourself. For a special gift try Byron Bay Gifts, the Hammer and Hand jewellery and metal collective or for the more spiritual head out to the Crystal Castle or the Byron Medicine Wheel.
Throughout the day we have our community radio station Bay FM (99.9) to keep us entertained, informed and up to date with the day’s event.

The Byron Bay International Film Festival is treating us all to a free movie at their Full Moon Cinema at Main Beach so bring a blanket, watch the sunset, the moonrise and enjoy the film.
