Get your property ready for sale this spring.
As the real estate spring selling season kicks in, you may be thinking about listing your property for sale. And if you decide that now is the time to enter the market and find the perfect spring
It’s been a long wait, but last week, the NSW Government announced that they have granted a 60-day cap on non-hosted short-term rental accommodation for most of Byron Shire.
The good news for investors is that Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads tourist precincts will be exempt from this ruling.
The exact precinct locations will be released shortly. However, we’ve been advised by Byron Shire Council that the shaded zones in the maps below will not be affected by the cap. This means that properties in these areas can be rented out on a short-term basis all year round.
If you’ve been thinking about investing in a property close to the town and beach but uncertainty
around the Independent Planning Commission’s recommendation has been holding you back, now’s
the time to take the next step.
To arrange an inspection, or to learn more about the properties we have for sale in the excluded
zones, please call Ed on 0418 660 063.
